About
Between 1993-1997 I studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. I received B.Sc. in Computer Engineering with Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter I worked for over 20 years at various semiconductor companies in Israel and Silicon Valley designing memories, programmable gate arrays, network controllers, and other types of integrated circuits.
Between 2014-2017 I studied at Santa Clara University School of Law where I received J.D. degree. In 2018 I was admitted to California State Bar. Between 2018 and 2021 I worked at Law Offices of Dean Lloyd practicing general litigation. In 2022 I joined Mastagni Holstedt APC where I represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and defended law enforcement officers under the PORAC Legal Defense Fund. Since December 2022 I have been practicing law as a solo practitioner.
I speak three languages: English, Russian and Hebrew. During my spare time, I like kitesurfing, skiing, sailing, hiking, biking and traveling with my wife and three children.
